We are currently looking for a skilled Senior Network Engineer with a strong background in cyber security to join our IT team. What you'll be doing
- You will take charge of supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure, with a primary focus on network management and information security.
- You will design, research, and implement critical security improvements and controls to ensure our systems remain protected.
- You will manage our firewall environments and provide general IT support to ensure the overall effectiveness of our network operations.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of networking devices and security disciplines, along with the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in direct support of enterprise networking.
- Advanced proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama, GlobalProtect, and SSL decryption.
- Strong expertise in building site-to-site IPsec tunnels, managing VLANs, and implementing threat prevention and intrusion detection systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the OSI model, TCP/IP, and various protocols such as NAT, SSL/TLS, LDAP, RADIUS, and DHCP.
- The ability to create detailed installation documentation and visual network diagrams using tools like MS Visio.
- Strong communication skills in English and a detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
