Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to join our team in Germany. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of our commerce and retail operations. You will be instrumental in managing the systems that keep our business running smoothly.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of our NetSuite ERP system, including implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support for our integrated commerce platforms.
• Manage inventory data for our retail and commerce divisions, ensuring accuracy in warehouse movements, purchase orders, and inventory variances.
• Collaborate with our Finance team and external auditors to provide detailed reports and support month-end processes.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of professional experience working with ERP suites or e-commerce environments.
• At least 2 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, specifically with configuration, customization, and third-party integrations.
• A deep understanding of the NetSuite data model, including custom record types, roles, permissions, and complex reporting.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business users to drive solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• A background in accounting or familiarity with billing, general ledger, and revenue recognition is a significant plus.
