We are currently looking for a talented engineer to join our Illuminate squad, where we build innovative tools like the Presence Copilot to help agents elevate their personal brands and manage client relationships with ease.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our mobile platform. You will work within an environment that values technical excellence, scalability, and high-impact product development.

What will you do?

• Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality React Native mobile applications while developing new user-facing features.
• Optimize our mobile platform for maximum speed and scalability while participating in the evaluation of emerging technologies.
• Conduct thorough code reviews for your peers, mentor junior engineers, and actively participate in squad ceremonies and team collaboration events.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment and possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience working with the React Native framework, with bonus points for GraphQL expertise.
• Strong experience bridging iOS and Android native layers and integrating with third-party APIs or external libraries.
• Solid understanding of data-driven architecture, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native systems like AWS, Kubernetes, or Lambda.
• Proven success working within Agile Scrum environments and utilizing CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery.
• Fluency in English and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a remote, distributed team setting.
