Our mobile delivery team focuses on building and refining the digital experiences that connect clinicians, administrators, and patients to the information they need most. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will take full ownership of delivering complex mobile features from initial design through to production. We operate in a collaborative environment where you will work alongside product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to shape both the technical architecture and our broader development practices. We are deeply committed to integrating modern AI tools into our daily workflows, and you will play a key role in establishing how we use these technologies responsibly and effectively.

Key outcomes

• Develop and deploy high-quality React Native features for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Contribute to the structural integrity and scalability of our mobile applications.
• Lead code reviews and maintain high standards for testing coverage and security.
• Incorporate AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT into your engineering process to improve speed and debugging, while ensuring all output is validated.
• Collaborate across the stack by contributing to Angular front-ends or Node.js, NestJS, and Next.js back-ends.
• Design robust REST APIs and manage the interaction between mobile clients and backend services.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical ownership.

Requirements

• Between 5 and 8 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on shipping React Native applications.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and a history of producing clean, maintainable code.
• Proven experience working with either Angular for front-end development or Node.js, NestJS, or Next.js for back-end systems.
• A solid understanding of system design principles and the mechanics of REST APIs.
• A disciplined approach to using AI tools, including the ability to verify output and maintain security standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional squad.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working as a full-stack engineer across mobile, web, and backend environments.
• Familiarity with monorepo tools such as Nx or Turborepo.
• Practical experience managing CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
