Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between data science and production, ensuring our machine learning systems are as reliable as they are innovative.
Your impact
- Design and maintain high-performance MLOps infrastructure using Python and Apache Spark to ensure our pipelines remain scalable.
- Automate the entire lifecycle of our models by building robust CI/CD pipelines for testing, validation, and deployment.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions to track model health, performance, and data drift in real-time.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in MLOps, software engineering, or DevOps.
- Strong technical proficiency with Spark, Python, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and familiarity with Databricks is highly preferred.
- A solid foundation in machine learning frameworks and big data processing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset for working across cross-functional teams.
- A problem-solving approach to troubleshooting complex distributed systems.

The base salary for this position ranges from $152,000 to $228,000 USD, depending on your specific experience, skills, and location.
