Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior ML Systems Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere. You will be a key player in shaping our software platform, providing you with significant ownership over our architecture and product direction.
Your impact
- Design and maintain robust infrastructure for ML model training and inference.
- Develop automated systems for deploying, monitoring, and scaling our machine learning models.
- Optimize our serving architecture to ensure low-latency performance for complex PCB layout generation.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in English and possess a strong background in engineering and distributed systems. We are looking for the following expertise:
- Deep experience with ML pipeline orchestration using tools like Kubeflow or MLflow.
- Proven ability to manage ML production systems, including model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.
- Hands-on experience with distributed training across multiple GPUs or nodes, as well as hardware acceleration technologies like CUDA or TensorRT.
- A solid grasp of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for managing compute and storage resources.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within our cross-functional team.
