Role at a glance

We are hiring a Senior Microsoft 365 and Support Services Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute your expertise from anywhere. You will be working with a group of dedicated professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of IT support and infrastructure management.

Your impact

• Lead and mentor a team of support engineers while overseeing daily engineering operations.
• Architect and deploy robust Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments, including advanced compliance and governance configurations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, helping to shape IT strategy and vision through regular executive engagement.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• Extensive experience in managing and maintaining Azure Active Directory policies and Microsoft desktop infrastructure.
• A strong background in monitoring network and desktop environments, including mobile devices and laptops.
• The ability to handle a wide range of support requests, from Tier 1 troubleshooting to complex Tier 3 engineering tasks.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• A collaborative spirit, as you will be leading research initiatives for new applications and coordinating IT operations across various client environments.
