What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position designed for someone with a deep background in complex B2B marketing who is ready to take ownership of our strategic outreach and brand presence.
What will you do?
- Act as our primary marketing lead by developing sales playbooks, establishing thought leadership, and producing compelling customer stories through video and case studies.
- Organize and execute community-focused events, such as webinars and onsite VR community days, to connect with our prospects and current clients.
- Perform in-depth market research to provide our product and sales teams with actionable insights that support our overall business growth and strategy.

- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on strategy development.
- Proven expertise in account-based marketing and solution marketing to create campaigns that truly resonate with our audience.
- A solid understanding of the VR/AR, Life Sciences, or software industries.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market data into clear intelligence for our sales teams.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate within our diverse, international team.
- Experience working with or within US-headquartered companies is considered a significant advantage.
