Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in our Oberhausen office, offering a hybrid work model that allows for both remote flexibility and in-person collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy for the German market.

Your impact

• You will act as the primary marketing lead in Germany, collaborating closely with our Managing Director and international colleagues to structure and execute high-impact campaigns.
• You will own the marketing budget, manage the promotional calendar, and coordinate cross-channel initiatives to drive revenue and strengthen brand awareness.
• You will serve as the central point of contact for our franchise partners, providing them with the support and strategic guidance needed to ensure consistent brand performance and growth.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
• At least five years of professional experience in a similar role, including a proven track record of building and leading successful teams.
• A strong background in the retail or franchise sector, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for the food industry.
• Excellent analytical thinking and a sharp commercial mindset.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• A valid Class B driver's license, as you will occasionally visit franchise partners on-site.
