We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Opaque Systems. Our company is at the forefront of AI innovation, providing a confidential AI platform that allows organizations to securely unlock the value of sensitive data. Born from the research at the Berkeley RISELab, our platform enables enterprises to run AI workloads on encrypted data, effectively removing the barrier between innovation and security. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate the adoption of our technology while enabling our sales teams to grow revenue.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and event channels to achieve business and revenue goals.
- Manage end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns, including webinars, content marketing, and digital initiatives.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches by coordinating across cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Create lead generation and nurturing programs that move prospects effectively through the sales funnel.
- Produce high-quality sales enablement materials, such as white papers, case studies, and presentations, to help the sales team communicate our value proposition.
- Refine email automation workflows and manage social media engagement to increase brand awareness and interaction.
- Optimize the company website for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize marketing tools like HubSpot and 6sense to track performance metrics, establish KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in demand generation and account-based marketing within a B2B environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working within technology or SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buying process, product-led growth motions, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and successful product launches.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions based on data.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- An MBA is considered a plus.
