What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position designed for someone with extensive experience in early-stage SaaS environments. You will be a key player in our Go-To-Market organization, responsible for crafting and executing strategies that elevate our brand and drive our business development initiatives forward.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor our marketing and Sales Development Representative teams to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and event management, to drive measurable demand.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure our marketing strategies are fully integrated and aligned with our broader business goals.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in SaaS marketing and a proven ability to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and content development.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a preference for experience using tools like Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English.
