Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, though you may choose to work from one of our facilities if you are local. You will be a key player in shaping our commercial presence and driving our growth strategy.

Your impact

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand awareness and accelerate sales performance.
• Serve as a market expert by translating complex technical battery data into compelling collateral and presentations that drive design wins.
• Act as the central point of influence across engineering, sales, and product teams to align our technology roadmaps with clear business cases and go-to-market plans.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and possesses the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex value propositions for diverse audiences.
• Proven analytical capabilities, including experience building long-term market models and writing product requirement documents.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships across internal and external teams.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $128,500 to $151,000 USD. We support our team with a robust benefits package, including:
