Are you ready to help us reshape the future of the cannabis industry? At 1906, we are on a mission to restore cannabis to its rightful place as a trusted medicine and a source of joy. Since our founding in 2016, we have become the fastest-growing brand in the edibles market by combining science with nature to create precisely dosed, plant-based experiences. We invite you to join our team as we continue to innovate and lead in a space that is rapidly evolving.
What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts by blending creative storytelling with rigorous data analysis to drive our brand forward. Your work will directly influence our presence in retail dispensaries across six states and our national direct-to-consumer strategy.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our annual business goals across all retail and digital channels.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration by partnering with internal teams to ensure our brand story remains consistent at every consumer touchpoint.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from developing initial briefs and tracking performance metrics to optimizing ROI through data-driven insights.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You should possess at least five years of experience in brand-led retail marketing, ideally within the CPG, cosmetics, or personal care sectors. We value individuals who are proactive problem solvers with the ability to translate complex market trends into actionable retail solutions. You must be highly proficient in 360-degree marketing, including digital and social media, and possess the communication skills necessary to influence and guide diverse teams. Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with a commitment to working in English.
What we offer
We provide a competitive base salary ranging from 100,000 USD to 150,000 USD, which is determined by your specific experience level. In addition to this, we offer a robust benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- A 401(k) retirement plan that includes an employer match.
- Flexible, unlimited paid time off to ensure you have the rest you need.
How to Apply
If you are passionate about our mission and eager to make a significant impact in a high-growth industry, we would love to hear from you. We are deeply committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and strongly encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
