Role at a glance

We are searching for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Affiliate team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment. You will report directly to the VP of Acquisition Marketing and play a key role in shaping the future of our partnership strategies.

Your impact

Take ownership of multi-million dollar marketing campaigns designed to acquire new customers through the affiliate channel.
Formulate and execute growth strategies by building strong relationships with publishers and influencers while negotiating impactful partnerships.
Analyze channel performance metrics to optimize commission structures and media investments, ensuring we meet our acquisition and budget goals.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who brings deep expertise in Affiliate Marketing and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and have a proven track record of managing complex business partnerships. We value candidates who are self-directed, innovative, and eager to collaborate across creative, product, and technology teams. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable using industry-standard affiliate platforms and BI tools to turn data into actionable insights.

Perks and compensation

The base salary for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. In addition to competitive pay, we support our team members with the following benefits:
