The role

We are looking for a Senior Marketer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Israel. This is a senior-level position for a results-oriented professional who wants to influence how millions of people discover new skills. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, taking full ownership of our marketing efforts from start to finish while using data-driven insights to reach our growth objectives.

Core responsibilities

• Strategic execution: You will build, implement, and refine marketing strategies across various channels to ensure they align with our broader business goals.
• Conversion optimization: You will develop and improve our web and in-app user flows to ensure we are maximizing conversion at every stage of the journey.
• Audience research: You will lead research initiatives, turning quantitative and qualitative consumer insights into effective messaging that resonates with our global audience.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Professional background: You have 4 to 5 years of experience as a generalist marketer, growth marketer, or product marketer within a global, performance-driven consumer company or start-up.
• Market expertise: You have a deep understanding of the US market, the competitive landscape, and the entire consumer journey.
• Communication: You are fluent in English and capable of crafting compelling messaging.
• Technical strengths: We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in web-based conversion, consumer product development, and online advertising.
