About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Director of Total Rewards to develop and implement global strategies that attract, retain, and motivate our talented team. You will focus primarily on global compensation and recognition management while providing essential support for our global benefits programs. You will serve as a key partner to our HR Technology and Analytics team, Finance, and various business leaders to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards, while building out our job architecture.
- Oversee the administration of global employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, to ensure they meet employee needs and market trends.
- Design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of employee recognition programs that celebrate our culture and values.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.
- A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Workday and compensation analysis tools like PayScale.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is $161,000 to $185,000. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a robust benefits package to support our employees, which includes:
