Key outcomes
- Develop and execute global compensation strategies, including the management of salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards.
- Lead the ongoing development of our job architecture and internal infrastructure to support organizational growth.
- Perform global market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation remains competitive and equitable.
- Direct the annual compensation review process, including promotions and off-cycle adjustments.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation matters to senior leadership and HR business partners.
- Oversee the administration of global benefits, such as retirement plans, health insurance, and wellness programs.
- Design and implement impactful employee recognition programs that align with our core values.
- Create communication strategies to ensure employees clearly understand the value of their total rewards packages.
- Utilize data-driven insights to report on trends and recommend improvements to our rewards programs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of professional experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management.
- A CCP designation.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation best practices, regulatory requirements, and benefits administration.
- Proven proficiency with Workday and compensation analysis tools like Payscale.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is 161,000 USD to 185,000 USD.
