We are looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our team and help shape the employee experience through our global compensation and benefits strategies. Hootsuite is a leader in social media management, helping organizations harness the power of social to build brands and grow businesses. In this role, you will lead key initiatives across equity programs, global benefits, and mobility, reporting directly to our Vice President of People and Culture. Because we value a distributed workforce, you can work in a hybrid capacity or remotely from locations across Canada and the United States.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and manage comprehensive benefits programs for North America, including health plans, retirement options, and leave policies, while also overseeing our global mobility strategy and vendor partnerships.
- You will take ownership of our equity compensation programs, managing the end-to-end administration of stock plans like RSUs and options, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of rewards specialists, fostering an inclusive environment while managing program budgets and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive employee engagement.
What you'll bring
- Extensive professional experience in total rewards, specifically with deep expertise in equity administration, global benefits, and mobility.
- Proficiency with Shareworks or similar platforms for equity management.
- Advanced financial modeling skills paired with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite executives and guide diverse teams.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $87,000 to $122,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy the following perks:
