The role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership position reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. You will play a vital role in shaping our hiring strategy as we continue to advance our clinical trials and pipeline programs. We are looking for an experienced professional who can act as a trusted advisor to our leadership team while managing the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the biotechnology industry.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans that align with our company growth and workforce requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers and functional leaders to provide market insights and build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Analyze and report on key recruitment metrics to drive operational improvements and enhance our employer brand.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in the biotechnology sector and a passion for talent development. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree preferred.
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including 4 years specifically within the biotechnology industry.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex, matrixed organizational structures.
- Expertise in market research, headhunting, and networking to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Technical proficiency with Advanced Excel, Power BI, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and employer branding.
Compensation and benefits
