We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our global headquarters in Chicago. What you'll be doing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across different seniority levels, ensuring you serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to provide a positive experience.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and our Applicant Tracking System to build robust, diverse talent pipelines.
• Champion our employer brand by representing Golin at industry events and university career fairs, while also co-leading our post-graduate internship program.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within an advertising, public relations, or corporate communications agency.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting or overseeing internship programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and partnering with leadership on talent strategy.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with a strong interest in utilizing AI technologies to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Fluency in English.
