We are looking for a Senior Manager, Security Engineering to lead our efforts in building robust security solutions and driving innovation across our systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of security engineers to design, implement, and maintain automated security controls across all domains.
- Create scalable and resilient security architectures that align with our broader business goals.
- Integrate security into development workflows by engineering processes like the Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
- Manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, and remediation flows.
- Collaborate with Governance and Operations teams to enhance detection, alerting, SOAR capabilities, and compliance efforts.
- Automate penetration testing, threat modeling, and security assessment activities.
- Support internal audits and customer security assessments through diligent evidence gathering and documentation.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of experience in information security, specifically within security engineering, architecture, and process development.
- A proven history of implementing security controls within complex, multi-cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in secure software development principles and common vulnerabilities like the OWASP Top 10.
- Extensive knowledge of security and privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- Fluency in English.
