What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will oversee our Salesforce administration and development team, specifically supporting our world-class go-to-market organization. You will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and play a vital role in our centralized Business Operations team, helping us scale our systems as we continue to grow.

What will you do?

Lead, mentor, and manage a talented team of Salesforce administrators and developers, ensuring they have the guidance and support needed to succeed.
Drive strategic planning with business stakeholders to provide expert recommendations on technology and architectural decisions.
Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce instances, including leading complex CPQ and Billing deployments to ensure seamless workflows.

To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a learn-it-all mentality and a track record of success in fast-paced startup environments. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including deep expertise in administration, development, CPQ, and Billing.
At least 3 years of experience in a management or team lead capacity.
Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Developer, CPQ, and Billing.
Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
A solid understanding of Sales KPIs and SaaS performance metrics, paired with the ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
Fluency in English.
