Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Design to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will be stepping into a leadership role where you will guide our design strategy and help our team grow while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor our design team, fostering an environment where innovation thrives and individual members are empowered to excel in their careers.
- Develop a clear design strategy that includes redesigning our information architecture, launching new product lines, and creating cohesive user journeys across our interfaces.
- Champion design thinking within our engineering-heavy culture, ensuring that design methodologies are integrated into our product development processes.
What you'll need
- Proven experience managing designers, supporting their professional growth, and mentoring emerging leaders.
- A strong background in crafting delightful, visually clear experiences with a track record of leading complex initiatives.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Technical fluency in HTML and CSS to ensure effective collaboration with our engineering team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advocate for design decisions across the organization.
- Fluency in English.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to balance business needs with practical, high-quality design solutions.
