We are looking for a dedicated leader to join our team as a Senior Manager of Process Improvement. What you bring
In this full-time management role, you will lead our enterprise efforts to refine business practices and boost operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of documentation and process maturity. This position is based in the United States and requires a hybrid commitment of 2 to 3 days per week at our offices in either New Orleans, Louisiana, or Houston, Texas. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Partnering with product and project teams to integrate process reviews into all enterprise initiatives.
- Designing and managing a comprehensive business process management system, including documentation standards and revision control.
- Leading Kaizen events and mentoring internal teams to enhance our collective ability to analyze and improve complex workflows.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, specifically holding a Black Belt certification or an equivalent qualification. We are looking for candidates with at least four years of experience in leading business transformations related to process improvement, change management, or quality improvement. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. We value individuals who demonstrate expert-level analytical skills, proficiency in process mapping software, and the ability to communicate effectively in English while building trust with executive leadership.
