What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in New York City, where we maintain a hybrid work environment requiring at least three days per week in the office. You will play a vital role in our growth by overseeing performance marketing across paid social, paid search, and various omnichannel campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the hands-on execution of omnichannel campaigns with a specific focus on paid search strategies.
- Leading the overarching strategy and providing thought leadership for our direct-to-consumer paid media investments.
- Planning and managing budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize our results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess five to seven years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within the direct-to-consumer, health and wellness, or consumer packaged goods sectors. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and SEO. You must have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets to make informed, data-driven decisions. Proficiency in English is required, and we value candidates who are collaborative, strategic, and capable of communicating complex goals clearly across cross-functional teams.
