We are Auctane, a team of shipping and software experts dedicated to helping merchants move their ideas and innovations around the globe. Our family of brands, which includes ShipStation, ShipEngine, and ShippingEasy, empowers hundreds of thousands of merchants to deliver billions of products annually. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Search to join our performance marketing team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Austin headquarters, where you will help us fuel commerce through exceptional delivery.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of our paid search programs across Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring they are optimized to drive sign-ups and revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics regularly to provide actionable recommendations and manage our paid search agency partners to maximize growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies while utilizing data-driven methodologies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Six to seven years of hands-on experience in paid search, with a proven history of managing high-performing programs.
- A four-year college degree in a field such as marketing or business.
- Strong proficiency with essential marketing tools including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Looker, and Google Analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed keyword research, manage campaign budgets, and collaborate effectively across different departments.
- Excellent organizational skills with a data-centric approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
