We are currently looking for a talented leader to join our technology department as we continue to build a groundbreaking business system designed for highly automated farming.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Manager, NetSuite Applications to lead our team of administrators and developers. This is a full-time, remote leadership position for a candidate located in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area. You will own the strategic roadmap for our NetSuite environment, ensuring our systems are scalable and efficient as we grow.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and develop our NetSuite team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
• Define and manage our delivery framework using Agile or Scrum methodologies to keep projects on track.
• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to translate business needs into technical specifications and high-impact solutions.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for building efficient systems. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 10 years of experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in ERP processes, including multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s degree.

Bonus points if you have experience in agriculture or manufacturing industries or hold certifications like PMP or CSM.
