About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to join our commercial team on a full-time basis. In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for shaping our marketing strategy and messaging specifically for the pharmaceutical sector. You will drive top-of-funnel growth, support our business development efforts, and lead initiatives related to market development and sales training.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product management and commercial teams to create go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and sales collateral tailored to the pharma industry.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners and customers to ensure the successful adoption of our technology and support our field organization in achieving revenue goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Four to six years of experience in product management, market development, or marketing within the life sciences or related fields.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience in customer-facing roles and marketing products to biotech and pharma companies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, alongside a demonstrated talent for project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including value propositions, segmentation, customer journey mapping, and integrated campaign execution.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence, with approximately 25% travel expected.
Compensation and Benefits
