We are looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. At Viome, we are working to make illness optional by digitizing and deciphering human biology to treat and prevent chronic diseases. Using a systems biology approach and mRNA analysis, our artificial intelligence platform provides precision nutrition and health insights to our users. With a database of roughly 300,000 samples and backing from notable investors like Khosla Ventures and Marc Benioff, we are scaling our direct-to-consumer subscription business and need a motivated leader to drive our lifecycle programs. This role reports to the President of Viome Consumer Services and is ideal for candidates based in Seattle or New York City.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our product, content, and marketing teams to build an overarching lifecycle strategy that boosts retention, drives revenue, and increases customer lifetime value.
- Design and implement effective lead generation tactics to ensure continuous growth of our subscriber list.
- Use Klaviyo to build sophisticated, segmented customer journeys, including the management of automated flows, triggers, and personalized communication across SMS, email, and in-app notifications.
Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in subscription-based work or lifecycle marketing.
- A proven track record of leading data-driven direct-to-consumer programs, specifically regarding trigger-based campaigns and complex segmentation.
- Mandatory proficiency with Klaviyo.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous startup environment.
- Deep empathy for the customer and a strong ability to map out meaningful user journeys.
