About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing programs that guide our clients through their unique financial journeys. You will leverage channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messaging to provide value and help our users reach their financial goals. This position is highly cross-functional, requiring you to collaborate with our Data Science, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee personalized, multi-channel marketing programs that educate clients and encourage the adoption of products that align with their financial needs.
- Utilize customer segmentation, product usage data, and behavioral insights to build automated, scalable marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, including strategic planning, A/B testing, execution, and performance reporting to ensure continuous optimization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within customer lifecycle management.
- A proven track record of implementing marketing automation and running successful A/B or multivariate experiments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations, including proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships across diverse internal teams.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with marketing platforms, such as Iterable, is considered a plus.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Compensation and Benefits
