What you bring

As our Senior Manager, IT Business Systems, you will lead the strategic technology roadmap for the critical applications that support our product design, development, and marketing efforts. This full-time role is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring our SaaS solutions meet service level agreements, and partnering with our footwear and apparel teams to drive business success. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and coaching a high-performing team focused on business applications.
• Defining and executing the technology roadmap for Product Lifecycle Management, Digital Asset Management, and related systems.
• Managing operational and capital budgets to ensure our department goals are met while coordinating stakeholder requests across the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a strategic leader with over 10 years of experience in implementing and maintaining IT applications, including at least 5 years in a management capacity. You should possess a strong background in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Computer Science or Engineering is required, and professional certifications in ITIL or Project Management are highly valued. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who can solve complex technical problems, communicate effectively with global teams, and build trust across all levels of the company. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a genuine commitment to our core values, which prioritize the needs of the runner and a collaborative, human-centered approach to work.

What we offer
