We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, HRIS to join our People Analytics and Technology team in a remote capacity. In this leadership role, you will define and execute our HR technology strategy while overseeing system operations to ensure our tools effectively support both our employees and the broader HR team.
Key outcomes
- Lead the configuration, security, and maintenance of Workday HCM to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Serve as the product owner for our HR systems, monitoring performance and resolving technical issues to meet business objectives.
- Direct and mentor a team of HRIS analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and professional development.
- Develop and implement a roadmap for technology enhancements, including process automation and the consolidation of HR systems to reduce costs.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to prioritize requirements and ensure the successful delivery of HRIS projects.
- Manage vendor relationships to maximize the utility of our technology stack and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in HR technology, with a specific focus on Workday HCM configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing an HR technology team.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in HRIS administration, project management, and the ability to lead cross-functional workgroups.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides for data analysis.
- Strong vendor management skills and a deep understanding of HR process best practices.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $139,000 to $160,000, with additional potential for bonus eligibility. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life and disability coverage.
