The role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a management-level position that requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable executing hands-on work. You will report to the Director of Growth and operate in a hybrid capacity, working from our headquarters in Culver City, California, for 1 to 2 days each week.
Core responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end development and execution of paid social and SEM campaigns to acquire new members for our clinics.
- Design and launch a comprehensive referral strategy that spans both online and offline channels to drive organic growth.
- Lead the creative strategy for our marketing initiatives by partnering with our internal design and content teams to ensure high-impact delivery.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for performance-driven results. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 to 6 years of relevant B2C growth or performance marketing experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing technologies, specifically including Meta Ads, SEM, and display advertising.
- Deep proficiency in marketing measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track attribution and user journeys.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a bias for action when solving complex conversion problems.
Compensation and benefits
