The role
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation on a full-time basis. This manager-level position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in Canada. You will report directly to the CMO and own the end-to-end demand generation program that fuels revenue growth.
Core responsibilities
- Design and run account-based marketing campaigns that span Pardot email flows, LinkedIn advertising, landing-page creation, A/B testing, and media placement.
- Build integrated, multi-channel nurture programs that align with the B2B buyer journey, incorporate lead scoring, and enable Sales to hit or exceed pipeline targets.
- Track campaign performance in real time, analyze ROI, and continuously refine tactics to improve conversion rates and revenue impact.
Skills and experience
You bring at least five years of B2B marketing experience, including hands-on work with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing-automation platforms such as Pardot. You also have two or more years of account-based marketing experience, ideally with a platform like Demandbase, and you are comfortable running campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Proven success developing and executing demand-generation programs, along with a clear understanding of enterprise lead-flow processes, rounds out your background. All work is conducted in English.
Compensation and benefits
The base-salary range for this role is 81,000 to 96,000 CAD. In addition, we offer fully remote work, flexible hours, and unlimited vacation so you can integrate your professional and personal life on your own terms.
