Senior Manager, Customer Insights at Myollie

At Ollie, we are on a mission to improve the lives of pets and their families nationwide by providing human-grade, tailored nutrition delivered directly to our customers. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Insights to join our remote team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will shape and execute research strategies that guide our business growth while keeping our customers and their dogs at the center of everything we do. You will report to our Director of Member Experience and collaborate with cross-functional partners in product development, brand marketing, and health and science to ensure our insights drive meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end research process, from defining project objectives with stakeholders to managing the recruitment and deployment of surveys, focus groups, and individual interviews.
• Analyze complex data sets to uncover actionable insights, connecting research findings with our internal CRM and first-party data to provide well-rounded business recommendations.
• Present findings to leadership in an engaging way and contribute to the internal democratization of data to help teams across the company make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of professional experience in consumer insights, with a proven track record of applying research to influence business strategy.
• Strong proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and the ability to select the right approach for specific business objectives.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets, with a preference for candidates experienced in data visualization tools like Looker or Lightdash.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story through data for senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• A college degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
