What you'll be doing
- Partner with sales and owner experience teams to shape communication plans that support customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention across the full ownership journey.
- Lead the development and execution of email campaigns and A/B tests, managing content, automation journeys, and performance tracking to drive measurable results.
- Coach and guide a small CRM marketing team while coordinating with creative, product, and data partners to deliver timely, compliant, and effective messaging.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, along with at least eight years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, along with strong project management skills to coordinate internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of email marketing regulations including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR, as well as best practices for maintaining IP health and deliverability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and automotive details into clear, engaging customer messages.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities and genuine enthusiasm for the electric vehicle industry; automotive experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English.
What you'll get
We offer a base salary range of $167,100 - $245,080 USD for this position. In addition, you will have access to medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401k plan. Eligible employees may also participate in equity and discretionary annual incentive programs, subject to plan terms.
