Lightspeed Systems is dedicated to helping K-12 communities foster safe, secure, and equitable learning environments. For 25 years, we have provided tens of thousands of schools with essential tools like web filtering, student safety monitoring, and classroom management software. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Campaigns to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will lead our outbound, multichannel campaigns to connect with district leaders and demonstrate how our solutions support their students. You will report directly to the Director of Demand Gen and play a vital role in driving our pipeline and marketing success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive campaign strategy: Use historical performance data and your deep understanding of the buyer’s journey to recommend proactive outbound strategies to our marketing leadership.
  • Manage multichannel execution: Oversee the full lifecycle of our campaigns, including writing persuasive copy, developing creative concepts, and ensuring every tactic is executed with high quality and clear KPIs.
  • Adopt a test-and-learn mindset: Monitor campaign performance around the clock to identify new trends and market opportunities, applying your findings to future efforts to continuously improve our results.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for education technology. You should be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities.
  • An analytical approach to decision-making and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A talent for writing copy that balances style with substance.
  • The ability to quickly learn new information and apply it in changing situations.
  • Preferred: Five or more years of experience in demand generation or campaign management, ideally within the B2B SaaS or K-12 sectors.
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
