What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Build Release Engineering to lead our Build and Release and internal Developer Tools functions on a full-time basis. You will guide our teams in designing industry standards for product distribution while providing the custom tooling necessary to improve our software development lifecycle. This role is remote, though we require the candidate to be based in the United States. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams of engineers.
• Setting clear, measurable goals and priorities to ensure we meet our product delivery roadmap.
• Driving our DevOps culture through hands-on development, process improvements, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who balances technical expertise with a strong sense of empathy. You should possess deep experience in Azure, Git, Continuous Integration, and Infrastructure as Code, along with proficiency in BASH or PowerShell. We value candidates who have a passion for documentation, a desire to mentor others, and the ability to communicate project status and risks at the executive level. A background in software development is essential, and familiarity with tools like Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or Terraform is highly beneficial. You must be fluent in English and ready to advocate for both our team and our users.

What we offer
