About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, B2B Demand Generation to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will own the end-to-end execution of our B2B demand generation strategy. You will be responsible for developing tactics that increase demand for our consultants, agency teams, and retained search business. This is a remote position where you will report directly to our Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy that builds brand awareness and drives lead generation through both top-of-funnel programs and bottom-funnel initiatives.
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that nurture leads and engage clients through audience segmentation, experimentation, and personalization to optimize the customer journey.
- Manage our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and Customer.io, while utilizing basic SQL queries to ensure data integrity and power effective campaign reporting.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a preference for 3 or more years within the marketing services industry.
- Expertise in lifecycle marketing and proficiency with tools such as HubSpot and Customer.io.
- A strong command of basic HTML and experience building or optimizing landing pages.
- Practical experience executing paid media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
