The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Manager, Analytics to join our team in Puerto Rico. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our technical data capabilities and our business strategy. You will lead high-impact projects that support departments like Finance, Clinical Operations, and Client Success. By translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence, you will help our leadership team make informed decisions that improve health outcomes and operational efficiency across the organization.

A day in the life

• You will lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics initiatives, ensuring that our data projects align perfectly with our broader strategic business goals.
• You will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, managing everything from initial requirements gathering and testing to final deployment and user adoption.
• You will partner with leaders across the company to communicate complex findings through visual and verbal storytelling, ensuring that our data-driven recommendations are understood and utilized effectively.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with a deep background in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management sectors. You have a sharp analytical mind and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-suite executives. To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:

• A degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 8 years of management experience within analytics or reporting roles, with a strong focus on healthcare data.
• Advanced technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, along with experience in database management and query optimization.
• Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish.
• A track record of developing executive dashboards and KPIs that drive business performance.
