What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be instrumental in building intelligent systems that scale our treatments, boost patient engagement, and ultimately improve clinical outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on patient lives.

• Research, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments to drive patient engagement at scale.
• Partner with our software engineering team to design robust infrastructure that accelerates model training and operations.
• Translate complex business goals into empirical problems using advanced statistical modeling and data analysis.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least four years of experience deploying machine learning models in production at scale. You must be an expert in the Python machine learning ecosystem and possess deep proficiency in SQL. We value candidates who are passionate about data exploration and have a strong growth mindset regarding code quality and engineering culture. While not strictly required, experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or the healthcare industry will certainly help you stand out. You should be a self-starter who is comfortable managing your own priorities in a remote setting.

What we offer

We believe in rewarding our team for their dedication and the significant impact they make on our mission. The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000, and we offer a significant equity stake of 1% to 1.75% to ensure you share in our long-term success.
