What you bring
As a senior member of our engineering team, you will act as a vital link between our data science initiatives and our ad systems infrastructure. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will be responsible for building robust systems that handle massive datasets while ensuring our models perform at their peak. Your core responsibilities include:
- Streamlining the entire lifecycle of our machine learning models to accelerate experimentation and deployment.
- Developing and maintaining sophisticated monitoring tools to ensure our production models remain reliable and efficient.
- Collaborating closely with data scientists to research and implement innovative models tailored for our AdTech platform.
Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned practitioner with over five years of experience in taking big data models from initial concept to successful production deployment. You should possess a strong command of Python and Java, along with deep expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases. A solid academic foundation in fields like Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics is essential. We value candidates who are proactive problem solvers with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLFlow, combined with experience in AWS Sagemaker, will be key to your success in this role. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively manage stakeholders and contribute to our collaborative, international culture.
