We are looking for a visionary Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our new AI Incubator, where you will help us prototype and scale innovative solutions that tackle some of the most complex challenges in healthcare.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, senior-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between your home office and collaborative days in the office to drive our AI strategy forward.

Your impact

• Build and de-risk game-changing products by rapidly prototyping solutions using traditional machine learning alongside cutting-edge generative AI and large language models.
• Collaborate across clinical, product, and engineering teams to transition successful prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions that integrate seamlessly into our ecosystem.
• Shape the future of our AI initiatives by identifying unaddressed challenges and evolving our internal technical practices.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of professional technical experience with a strong focus on machine learning, with NLP experience being highly preferred.
• A solid grasp of statistical concepts and a proven track record of applying data science to solve real-world problems.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working in production environments using formal version control.
• Practical expertise in prompt engineering and the evaluation of large language models.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making.
