What you bring

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a vital role in our engineering department by leading complex projects and shaping the future of our platform. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Leading end-to-end machine learning development projects, from initial design and task breakdown to final execution with your peers.
• Analyzing complex datasets to identify key features and building high-performance, low-latency models.
• Mentoring junior engineers and establishing foundational patterns to ensure our technical culture remains strong and collaborative.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional who holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. You should have at least two years of professional experience in machine learning engineering. Success in this role requires a deep technical background in Python, SQL, and Java, alongside proficiency with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Sci-kit learn. You should be comfortable building robust data pipelines and utilizing Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and Large Language Models to create scalable solutions. We value candidates who prioritize software engineering best practices, such as peer code reviews and unit testing, and who can effectively communicate in English to collaborate across our distributed team.

What we offer
