We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and help us pioneer an advanced platform that centralizes our machine learning operations. By joining us, you will play a direct role in our mission to tackle the climate crisis through innovative, AI-driven solutions that make a real-world impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a sophisticated machine learning platform to streamline the operation of our models.
- Implement MLOps best practices to enhance the deployment, monitoring, and development of models, including those focused on NLP and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify their needs and provide expert guidance on software engineering and machine learning best practices.
- Deliver high-quality data and software engineering projects from end to end that drive commercial value.
- Mentor other teams on effective MLOps strategies and engineering standards.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in developing machine learning models and creating robust training, validation, and test datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure provisioning and configuration management, including CI/CD pipelines and database systems.
- Solid understanding of software testing and continuous integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical results to senior stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is £64,000 to £92,000.
