Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute from anywhere. We need someone with significant experience who is ready to take ownership of our production models and help shape the future of our digital clinic.

Your impact

• You will research, build, and deploy machine learning models into production that directly improve patient engagement and health outcomes.
• You will partner with our software engineering team to design the infrastructure and systems required to scale model training and operations.
• You will translate complex business goals into empirical problems, using data to optimize our treatment processes and patient experiences.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of professional experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Deep expertise in the Python machine learning ecosystem and SQL.
• A passion for using data to understand user behavior and a drive to maintain high standards for code quality.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bonus points if you have experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Spark, Apache Beam, or have previously worked in the healthcare sector.
• Strong English communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team of physicians and engineers.

Perks and compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $185,000, paired with an equity stake of 1% - 1.75%. Additional benefits include:
