What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere, provided you can maintain an overlap with our team from 9 am to 1 pm PST. You will play a critical role in shaping our technical landscape using Python, Kubernetes, PyTorch, and Vertex AI. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that enhance workout personalization and user engagement.
• Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to identify and implement impactful machine learning solutions.
• Maintaining and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure our algorithms perform reliably in real-time production environments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess at least five years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field. We look for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a similar discipline. You must be proficient in Python and modern machine learning frameworks, with a strong grasp of feature engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment strategies. We value individuals who are proactive, creative, and skilled at balancing high-quality code with rapid development. You should be comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and possess the system observability skills necessary to monitor and maintain our services effectively.
