About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for building the production-grade infrastructure that powers our AI platform. You will work closely with our scientists to design and maintain scalable training pipelines, inference frameworks, and experiment tracking tools, ensuring that our systems are both reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and scale machine learning workflows by collaborating with data scientists to implement robust systems for model training and evaluation.
- Improve research reproducibility by integrating advanced experiment tracking tools into our development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines that prioritize reliability and scalability for our genomic research.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in software engineering and machine learning. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a machine learning or software engineering role focused on ML systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong programming skills in Python, along with a deep understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience managing containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- A proven ability to mentor colleagues and help elevate the technical standards of the team.
Location
This position is hybrid and can be performed from anywhere.
