We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about healthcare and ready to join our collaborative, expert-led team.

What you'll be doing

• You will design, train, and deploy custom generative LLMs that are specifically aligned for responsible use within complex healthcare workflows.
• You will manage the full machine learning lifecycle, from conceptualizing models and building training datasets to deploying production-ready solutions for real-time and batch APIs.
• You will engage in advanced technical work, including prompt engineering for red team datasets, applying reinforcement learning techniques, and developing user-friendly interfaces that simplify model development for the broader team.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related software engineering field, along with a degree in a computational field like computer science, physics, or bioinformatics. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in English and possesses the following technical background:

• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Experience with distributed computational platforms, Dask, and cloud environments like AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and version control with Git.
• A strong understanding of database systems, data formats, and ML platforms such as MLFlow or Vertex AI.
• A deep interest in deep reinforcement learning and the alignment of generative language models.
