The role
We are looking for a Senior Localization Product Program Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for managing complex roadmaps and ensuring that our products and experiences are culturally resonant for our diverse, worldwide user base. We need a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision to bridge the gap between our product vision and the needs of our international markets.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end localization strategy that aligns with our company goals, including setting success metrics and reporting progress to leadership.
- Act as a champion for our global users by maintaining high-quality linguistic standards and overseeing the governance of key assets like glossaries, style guides, and AI-ready datasets.
- Drive operational excellence by managing vendor relationships, optimizing workflows, and collaborating across engineering, product, and UX teams to implement data-driven improvements.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in program management and a passion for creating inclusive, global product experiences. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in product strategy, program management, and process improvement.
- Expertise in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and creative teams.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions independently.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex localization strategies clearly and effectively.
- A proactive approach to quality management and a commitment to maintaining high standards throughout the product lifecycle.
